  • Refunds are provided only in the following cases:

    • Wrong item delivered

    • Item received in damaged condition

    • Non-availability of ordered product after payment

  • In case of dissatisfaction, customers may request a replacement instead of a refund.

  • Orders cancelled by the customer after preparation starts will not be eligible for a refund.
